Lili Bee® provides ECMHC services through a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) and a clinical psychologist with specialized training in early childhood mental health and school psychology.

ECMHC goes beyond behavior management to address the social-emotional well-being of everyone involved—children, teachers, and families—helping programs build the safety, connection, and emotional foundation that make academic learning possible. When children feel regulated and connected, learning follows naturally.

Our ECMHC services are grounded in the Pyramid Model, an evidence-based framework for promoting social-emotional development in early childhood programs that layers universal, targeted, and intensive supports based on each child's needs. Our services focus on:

• Social-emotional learning and emotional regulation

• Self-regulation skills to redirect behaviors and support academic readiness

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving

• Building safety and connection in the classroom

• Positive relationships and responsive interactions between teachers and children

• Supporting teachers in understanding children's behavior and their own emotional responses to it

We work directly with teachers and staff to build emotional intelligence at every level of the program because when adults are regulated and connected, children follow.

We assess your classroom environment, create an action plan with your teachers, and provide hands-on coaching. We take data on engagement, transitions, instruction delivery, and classroom management, and we use that data to drive real change. Class support includes:

• Classroom management assessment

• Crisis intervention coaching

• Action planning with teachers

• Early intervention and special education referrals

Teachers can't support their students if they don't have the right tools. We train your staff on the behavioral foundations that make a difference in the classroom, including how behavior works, what drives it, and how to avoid unintentionally reinforcing it.

Using the Conscious Discipline approach, we also teach teachers to notice and regulate their own emotions so they can respond to students with connection rather than reaction. When teachers feel grounded, students feel safe because that's when real learning happens.

Trainings are one hour, delivered on-site or virtually, and included at no additional cost during contracted visits. Topics include:

• Behavior prevention strategies

• Classroom rules and expectation setting

• Social-emotional development

• Proactive classroom management

We bridge the gap between school and home, connecting with families during site visits to share strategies, guide daily routines, and make referrals to early intervention or special education when appropriate. We also support families through the process of accessing early intervention services and our school readiness program for 4–5 year olds.

For children who need more targeted support, we work directly in the classroom alongside your staff to build behavior support plans, model strategies, and teach the skills that make a difference. Support for individual students includes:

• Developing individualized behavior support plans

• Providing small group social skills interventions

• One-on-one in-class modeling and strategy coaching

• Teaching self-regulation skills to prevent behaviors and support academic learning

• Parent consultations during site visits

• Referrals to early intervention and special education as needed
