About the Lili Bee Team

A team that actually joins you in the classroom

Lili Bee's school consultation team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Licensed Educational Psychologists (LEPs), and Early Intervention Therapists. We also collaborate with Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists as needed. Our team of compassionate experts has served programs across the San Gabriel, Pomona, and South Bay areas.

We take a hands-on approach, joining you in the classroom to work alongside your teachers. With real-time coaching and observation, we’re able to model what effective behavior support actually looks like so your staff can implement strategies right away.

Classroom support

We assess your classroom environment, create an action plan with your teachers, and provide hands-on coaching. We take data on engagement, transitions, instruction delivery, and classroom management, and we use that data to drive real change.

  • Classroom management assessment

  • Crisis intervention coaching

  • Action planning with teachers

  • Early intervention and special education referrals

Four Ways We Support Your Program

Staff training and coaching

We train your teachers on the foundation of behavioral approaches so they can understand what's driving a behavior and stop unintentionally reinforcing it. Trainings are 1 hour, delivered on-site or virtually, and included at no additional cost during contracted visits.

  • Behavior prevention strategies

  • Classroom rules and expectation setting

  • Social-emotional development

  • How to manage the classroom proactively

Support for individual students

For children who need more than whole-class support, we provide individualized behavior plans, small-group interventions, and one-on-one coaching in the classroom. We model strategies directly with your staff so they can carry them forward.

  • Individualized behavior support plans

  • Small group social skills interventions

  • One-on-one in-class modeling

  • Parent consultation during site visits

Family support

We bridge the gap between school and home. During our site visits, we connect with families to share strategies, provide guidance on routines, and make referrals to early intervention or special education when appropriate.

  • Parent consultation during site visits

  • Home behavior strategies and routines

  • Early intervention referrals and support

We will also offer guidance on making referrals for EI services.
